We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days to request a return after receiving the item.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Problems

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible, the best option is to return the received item first, and then purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.
EU 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 7 days for any reason, without providing any justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and checking your return and inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If your refund request is approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
